With courier delivery, you can personally check the product before accepting it, and pay only if it meets your expectations. In addition, our team carefully inspects each item before shipping.

Returns are also available.

You may return or exchange your order within 14 calendar days (excluding the day of purchase), provided that the item has not been used or worn and retains its original condition: intact packaging, factory labels, tags, and seals (if any).

If you discover a manufacturing defect, we guarantee an exchange or refund only with proof that the issue is due to the manufacturer.

To request a return, please:

2. Provide photo/video evidence of the defective item.
   

If you ordered the wrong size, color, or model by mistake and wish to exchange it, an additional €30 fee applies. The replacement will be delivered to you by courier within 7–14 business days.
